Woodland Park Zoo (Seattle, WA.) Bear Cam - I almost missed the tiny icon you have to click to get to the pop-up page with the actual webcam on it. They also offer a zoo-made video on RealPlayer (which I don't have but the webcam pop-up still works fine).
